Why Leadership?
Leadership is the potential to influence the behavior of others. It is also defined as the capacity to influence a group towards the realization of a goal. Leaders are required to develop future visions, and to motivate the organizational members to want to achieve the visions. We are persuaded that servant leadership will address issues that modern leaders, organizations, and nations face.
And you shall teach them the statutes and the laws and show them the way in which they must walk and the work they must do. – Exodus 18:20
Church Leadership Program
Church Leadership Program is the designed to equip pastors, church workers and overall church leaders with key skills to help them in fulfilling the Great Commission. This springs from the awareness of the urgency to fulfill the Great Commission.
Through this program, we train and provide mentorship to Christians with the passion to spearhead community transformation. We believe the church is the only hope to all people and there is no greater joy than making church accessible by all people in every community across the world.
