The actualization of our Vision and Mission are driven by our four Core Values ; Christian Integrity, Servant Leadership, Accountability and Stewardship, Compassion, Partnership and Cross Cultural Solutions .

In our daily interactions with our stakeholders, our staff are expected to uphold the highest standards of Christian Integrity, as they execute the organisation’s mandate. This is best realized through acts of honesty, trustworthiness, honor, truthfulness, financial integrity. 

Jesus said:  “Whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first must be your slave—just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many” (Matthew 20:26–28). In its undertakings, ALDC is committed to follow in the footsteps of Christ, as we eschew principles of Servant Leadership.

Accountability and Stewardship from our staff and our stakeholders plays an integral part of our Success stories in ALDC. It is therefore incurmbent that measures are put in place in our activities to promote these values.

ALDC shall endeavour to be compassionate , even as it perform its duties. We shall demonstrate kindness, love and empathy, while upholding the dignity of each stakeholder that we interact with.

ALDC understands  that the work that it does requires partners from the various host countries. Therefore, ALDC is committed to forging partnerships with like minded entities and individuals who share the same passion and vision for Africa. 

ALDC appreciates the diverse cultural connections that each community enjoys.

Therefore, in trying to come up with solutions that aid our ministry, it shall seek to address them using various approaches that best suit the cultural dynamics of the host area(s).

From supporting church workers in  Uganda, to equipping adults through literacy programmes in semi arid parts of Kenya, Alkebu Leadership Development Centre is ever present , to make a transformative impact in the African Region.
